We would like to purchase the theme http://magento2.flytheme.net/themes/sm_topshop/intro/index.html . Before that we have the below concerns to be addressed.
1. Can you provide an admin access to the theme for us to explore the options given under different features?
2. When we purchase the theme, will you be giving the complete theme with all the layouts? (all the layouts shown on the features page)
3. Will you be able to provide a documentation for the customization of the theme?
4. If this theme does not work for us, will you give us the opportunity to purchase another at no additional cost?
5. Usually what is the ETA to reply for a technical support ticket after we purchase the theme?

This theme currently does not compatible with Magento 2.0 We are planning to update this theme to Magento 2.0.

This theme seems many problems or you guy don’t solve the problem as well. i’ve installed topshop magneto2 theme the emailing system isn’t working even i cant able to install any extension, if you guy dont fix these issues can you please refund me

Hi,
I have installed the theme and setup the images in the slider with media path to the wysiwyg folder and correct image path is there, still its showing placeholder noimage.png on the frontend for all slides.
What could be the issue?

Hi, the theme got 29/100 on google page speed. Will this run this slow on our server too? Is the coding too heavy?
