The Template does not work with the Standard Android Browser. The menu does not open, you can also scroll to the right with allot of white space?

Hi there! I need info for 2 problems. First i would like to make the header slider (1920 X 700) to be this dimension : 1920×350 px. Second why the template is presented with nice images but once you open the html files there all boxes with dimensions but no images???
