Hello, I am looking to build an exclusively Bulgarian site for a real estate agency. Does this theme and font support Bulgarian for the fronted and backend? The site will perhaps then be translated to English and Russian, but initial language is Bulgarian. Thanks!

Been using Avlar for about 4 yrs now and its great.! One thing I have issue with is now the google maps. I have the API for it and have entered in the “google maps” section of the theme but that didn’t work. I also entered it in the dsIDXpress section of the plugin and that didn’t work either. Am I missing something here? Another thing that just popped up is PHP error messages on pages that use the plugin. Here is an example… public_html/wp-content/plugins/dsidxpress/api-request.php on line 198 This is a fresh install so I don’t have any extra plugins to effect anything. Thank you Jeffrey

Hi, I have installed the theme and demo content. Images are not showing there. I can only see the blank image with demo written on it.

I want to report a Bug. The display of the photos in the property gallery from mobile is not correct. The images are too small. And if you click on them, after they are too big, and this is recorded by google’s search console as an error. Can you solve it?

Hello, pre sales questions please: Can any developer customize the theme (not set it up, I mean customize it)? I want to make sure the core structure is not so fixed that only someone with prior knowledge about it can modify it and/or that changes will be hard to maintain with future updates.

Would a non-developer be able to purchase this theme & create a website? I’m a real estate agent with some tech knowledge but definitely not familiar with custom code. I’ve narrowed my favorites to 8 (out of 161). I really like your professional response to questions & yours is one of my favorites. Also, I’m reading alot of features related to users adding properties / rental/ property management..(I think)... I just need a robust site that allows for MLS to be automated (via IDX or dsIDXpress) not sure difference… That I can add extensive content & customize font/ colors on my own. I know idx is a premium add on & I’ve spoken with them. I really would like a better idea if I can do most of the changes myself relatively easy with your template??? The cost is a 1 time fee & I’ll own it forever? Also, I checked with Flywheel for hosting (they led need to this site) I’m thinking between purchasing your theme, purchasin idx add & paying hosting fee I can get a website soon… Or is this really just for experienced wordpress developers & out of my league?? – either way, impressive site, very informative, & excellent support from what I’ve seen so far..
