Very good theme, but not mobile friendly. Ok, you may tell it is responsive. But to be honestly it is not mobile friendly. Now days most eCommerces are expecting more than 50% of mobile traffic and with this if you need to catch theme correctly, either you have to customize it for mobile views or need to purchase special theme for mobile (now such things are available for woo-commerce). My rating for the Theme (For desktop view 5/5 & For Mobile view 2/5)

They do not care about your business, they just copy past same answer to your comments in supporting process. I have asked to update theme 2 days ago, as we can not update the PHP to version 7.2 plus woo commerce asks upgrading the theme to latest version, if we do not update, then face compatibility issue, already we have issue on payment due that. 1) They replied for cPanel access, then after 2 days they just reply non sense please install the word press?! Even did not read my message (cPanel access + Explanation) For 3 days we unable to sell because of their poor service, and now we should change the theme are they are not trustful and reliable.

Hi, I was promised to receive the latest 1.4.6 Megashop updates since the ThemeForest download contains 1.4.1 I still didn’t receive the 1.4.6 theme update and I really need it because there are SO MANY bugs in the theme! Please help Most important bugs are lazyload fails on-init, mobile menu closing while scrolling, etc. This is very frustrating, i’ve been waiting for MONTHS !! Also, the SUPPORT desk does NOT work, Captcha keeps giving an error even though it says it’s valid/correct. Please help me now because i’ve been waiting for MONTHS

I got a theme from you. But the product insertion system does not work. I can't add products to my site. Adding pictures and Add gallery pictures buttons do not work in product add section. General setting, Inventory settings and other buttons do not work. I can't add products to my site with a word. My View Products page does not open correctly. Add to cart The product looks under the picture. I want it to appear on the right. As in the theme. 1. Adding product does not work 2.Set product image does not work properly 3.Add product gallery images does not working 4.Add product/ general/ inventory/shipping/ Linked products / Atributes/ variations/advanced/ bundle products buttons does not working 5.Add product 360 view gallery images does not working etc.

I just bought another of theme but when I installed the zip file, only the main install was there and I installed the demo. Now I don’t have the child theme installed so I had to go back to the file with everything in it, unpack it, and then take out the child theme and then install it separately. After installing and activating it, the original content is now all broken and only shows code. How do I reverse this and start from the beginning. Can you please make sure the child theme is automatically installed with the main install files in future because this is so unnecessary..

Very poor support. When we ask for something, they ask us to view documentation. But documentation is very poor too. It doesn't answer all questions. There is just setting screenshots. Can you install a theme/style without the products? I am interested in one of the pre-made demos but do not want to import the demo products.

One of the best templates I've ever used. First of all, it's really fast. Support helped me with my problems.

I personally found it to be poor quality and VERY HARD to customize relative to other templates I have bought here - but i guess the lower price explains it. My advise - pay a little more for a template that will be easier to customize. I didn't use this template. I bought another one. It was that bad.

I give 5 star, because after long time on email support finnaly solve almost all issues with theme. Theme is just what I need, but support is not much helpful if you don't get angry! Support: 2/5 you must insist, if not they just send you copy paste answer, support is not on high level. I asked you to provide some CSS code to edit the default font size and make it a bit stronger and you ask me for access to the dashboard. I’m intrigued. Genuinely, I’d like to know what it is that you need access for and what it is that you can’t do without access. I’ve never heard of this before. Looking forward to the answer and why access is needed to a default template provided by you to edit CSS.

Nice theme but terrible documentation and difficult to communicate properly with creators. Don't feel like paying for more support when initial support was not good. Now I have to buy another theme better researched creators so I can have it function properly.

There is a conflict with this theme and some seo plugins. Both Rank Math and All in One SEO plugins have problems displaying the homepage social media preview. I tried to fix this but it all points to the theme being the common denominator. I hope you find a way to fix this bug.

After you purchase they will just ignore your tickets, or send answers that make no sense at all, they don’t even take the time to read what you are asking, and their theme is broken!
