Hey Support,
I bought the theme because I like the structure and design.
I do face various problems though – sections not displaying, theme options missing etc.
I contacted the support 4 days ago on multiple channels, but did not get a solution – or even an answer – from them.
This project has a tight deadline, so I hope this way of reaching out works.
I would love to give 5 Stars, because I like what the theme promises. It is just not a reality yet.
