I cannot seem to get the Instagram plugin to work. Is this updated with the new Instagram requirements? Also I cannot seem to find the PSD files that are suppose to be in the package. Thanks

Hello, I have issue

when I am trying to install Demo Content material.
I’ve already added
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘3000M’);
ini_set(‘memory_limit’,’256M’);
ini_set(‘max_execution_time’,300)
php info for now:
max_execution_time 300
memory_limit 256M
post_max_size 50M
but no luck. Could you please clarify what could be worng?

I have updated Woo Commerce and my product page has disappeared. It said “Your theme (CAYTO) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.”
Please help!

1, Update all plugin WooCommerce and addons to latest plugin.
2, Update cayto.zip

Hi, I have wordpress 5.1.1 and Cayto 3.0.0 and Visual Composer 5.7 and my website have the white dead page and if I disable Visual Composer the website works, I deactivated gutenberg blocks on visual composer. URL: http://guaumydog.com/

Guys. Recently installed the Cayto theme. Came upon some issues and tried to open a ticket several times but no respons. Also no tickets/topics are visible in my account. Am I missing something here? Could need some help.

Tried opening a ticket regarding a purchase button not showin on a site that should got live on the 6th. The ticket (100005153) has now dissappeared and the jwsthemes.ticksy.com site gives a 503 error. Please get in touch so this can be solved asap. The site works fine on other themes so it must be the cayto theme.

I am trying to reply on my opened ticket but it shows me below error :

Hi, When i go into a page and look at the WP BAKERY builder some of the functionality is not present. For example in the editor you cannot update the info_box type or add a new one. It looks like the type info_box is not available in the editor?
