This theme is currently not compatible with any php versions above 7.3. Will this theme be getting updated so that it is compatible with php verions 7.4 or higher?
We need to be able to download the latest version of the theme from themeforest account that is compatible with php 7.4. Right now the current version of the theme does not appear compatible with php 7.3. Where can we dowload that?
This theme had been purchased several years ago on my account, and it was our understanding at time of purchase that we would be able to receive updates to the theme itself without for the lifetime of the theme being actively supported.

I am struggling to submit a forum thread on your site and thought you would be able to help me?
I have a clients website using Pikocon Version 1.4 and unfortunately cannot access the backend of wordpress due to Revolution Slider.
Please would it be possible to let me know how I can go about updating this plugin?

Home2 looks good as the homepage but I want to use home demo which is showing full width and looks odd. I can’t see any way to make home1 not full-width. Can you help?

I can’t import the theme demo properly. It just shows the Please wait while importing the contents for a long time and not importing the demo configuration complexity.
Please let me know how to import it correctly?

Hi,
I purchased piko theme and now i am uploading theme folders to cpanel, but there is a problem in admin panel, theme options not working.
I checked in console, it's failed to load JS Files in Wordpress verstion(5.6).
Error in console is net::ERR_ABORTED 403 (Forbidden).
Please let me know the solution asap.

you can login your client file manager then-> wp-content-> plugins-> rev-slider-> delete or rename.
then again installed rev slider

I have a website that I’ll be working on that has an outdated version of the template. It is version 3.2. Will upgrading it to 4.3 cause a lot of issues and problems?
