There are bugs in the archive. CSS style is not valid. Dropdown menu is not working normaly. Please fix it.

Just purchased the template, it does not load and many features like dropdown menu, homepage slider etc are not working. Also when we go to Support Ticket this template does not come in its dropdown so how can we raise a ticket please guide.
