I HAVE BOUGHT OVER 50 THEMEFOREST AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I WANTED A REFUND. I COULD NOT GET ALL THE PLUGINS THEY HAD ME UPGRADE AND I COULD NOT GET THEM WORK PROPERLY AND IT KEPT CRASHING IT WAS THE THEIR OWN CUSTOM VC PLUG THAT KILLED EVERYTHING. I DOWNGRADE MULTIPLE TIMES OF THE WORDPRESS JUST IN CASE NOTHING WORK.

You are very rude. We have been doing wordpress sites for years and have never had any problems. The only ones incapacitated here are you. We have already contacted Envato for a refund and we have emphasized your lack of professionalism.

You may still want to look into this though.

Hi there, have emailed you three times with no reply. The template has stopped loading pics correctly. Once uploaded, the pic appears as a grey box in the media library and onsite. The only way to see the actual pic is by selecting edit but nothing saves from there. Can you please advise.

Hi i bought this theme and we are adjusting to our needs. 1 thing i have noticed i cant change the colours with # codes, only randomly select on a palet. Is there way to select with codes please as we never get there with current option?

Is this theme able to be updated to WordPress 5.0.2 and WooCommerce 3.5.3 or does it need to remain on the older versions (WordPress 4.X and WooCommerce 2.6.X) to continue working?

You was an awful person i every experienced. i wasted my so much time with your so called template, with your so called support and at the end i just got some idiot comments by an idiot support person who dont even know how to deal with customers. He insisted me that template is working when even a kid could tell him that it is not working and why choose us area is not saving any changes as well as each time i make minor changes, backend get stuck and i need to wait upto 1 minute to get it wroking again. Poor theme, poor support, poor attitude.

Hi, i can see there is a layout issue with the latest Res Slider. The circle do not overlay like the older version of the plugin. Will you update the theme for this please?

I previously gave 1 star to this template as 4 of my programmers failed to install this template and stylesheet was missing told to me by everyone. Support is awful enough they didnt even commented back.
