I am interested in buying the theme but is this a responsive html theme? its confusing because it says photoshop theme too

Hi, I’m interested in your template, but the responsive design doesn’t seem to be working properly? When the 3rd home design is viewed on a smaller screen one of the info boxes (‘labs and classrooms’) disappears. Also on an ipad the page does not resize for a landscape screen, it is too large. Any chance these could be fixed? You were my no.1 pick until I noticed these things… thanks.
