I have a problem getting the header consistent, in the blog page the logo in header is completely different from kickstarter homepage templates and has this weird scaling behaviour caused by a set of Important rules in the index.. how to get rid of these styles?

Hello,
I am having trouble with the tooltip feature. It used to work, however it does not work anymore.
Uncaught Error: Bootstrap’s JavaScript requires jQuery version 1.9.1 or higher, but lower than version 3
Uncaught TypeError: a(...).tooltip is not a function

Of course, we use google fonts API, which means you can use any of the 1000s of fonts provided by fonts.google.com
Also, if you can do a little bit of coding, you can also implement other fonts as well.
