PRE-SALES QUESTION: Lovely theme! I require a theme that has been tested compatible with WPML though. Noticed you mentioned last year you would do but still not on the “Compatible With” list. Let me know.

Styling and functionality settings are NOT taking/working at all. Adding extra/custom CSS did not work to adjust any predefined classes. Tried submitting a support ticket and its now been 2 days – NO RESPONSE for fixes. Documentation is not all inclusive. Follow instruct on settings to a T and still they do not apply/take!! Really Frustrating and disappointing.
Have had to hack a couple of basic styling aspects and dig into the parent CSS to do so. Still have issues but need to launch this site.
Really not happy with the cost and lack of support on this theme.

We have problems with WPBakery. The included version (WPBakery 5.5.5) in this Theme doesn’t support Wordpress 5.4. and we can’t use it (we can’t even see it) in the backend.
We also did some tests with an older version of Wordpress (5.2) but this doesn’t help either.
How can we get a WPBackery update, please?

I like the theme. But it was last updated in 2018. No responses from the author to support queries since 2 years.
Is this theme dead? Any theme similar to this?

Hello,
I renewed my support in January for this issue and for six months nobody answered my question.
My website www.mahersinjary.com haven’t been working for a while and I’m concerned why? I asked the hosting company they checked the server and everything is normaly working in that side but they said the issue is maybe from WordPress theme.
Can you please check it for me?
