I submitted a ticket 2 weeks ago well before my support is running out, I have responded to my own ticket twice now trying to get feedback and now I am within two days of support running out. We really need this issue fixed and we did submit the ticket well before our support was gone, we haven’t even gotten a response.

Hello,
I’m interested in this theme but like others have said previously many elements from the demo’s home page and other pages are not fully responsive. For example the home slider has the text partly covered and button misaligned, campaign images are very low res, the counter is broken, dividers not aligned properl, blog and shop images low res as well, etc.
Are you planning to update and fix all these issues and make the theme fully responsive? If not it’s a shame, it’s a nice clean theme.

Trying to submit a ticket in your support area, and I keep getting an error saying the purchase code is for a different Envato product. I copied the purchase code from the support tab of this theme, so it should be correct.

The slider is definitely not responsive. I don’t know if this happened with an update or it was always like this. You can look at your preview theme on an iPhone and it is terrible.

I have a question, is it possibleto put the GOAL for a cause in a different currency than USD? Will it be shown always as the same Mexican Pesos Value (no matter exchange rates)?
The question is, Is this theme fully switchable to my Mexican Pesos currency, in terms of goals, collected amount and donation amounts?
I hope you understand my question.

I browsed this theme on my smartphone LG K10 but is not fully responsive on the main page showcase the words stop child abuse doesnt appear on, the store images are definitely not responsive at all, the cart page, the registration form and the footer also have issues. You should check this out because I really like this theme and I want to buy it.
