The theme builder does not work and it shows all codes on the home page. I sent an email to the developer about the issue. He replied that they fixed the issue but still the same thing exists. I took screenshots of the page and sent to him but no answers or replay.

hi. the site is working for one year and in the last weeks costumers complaining that the site is not loading at all or if its loading they cant get into all of the products. i checed it and it seems that the site is working ok in some computers and not working in others. is there any update?

Removing the ThemeStall Product Carousel short code form the pages fixes the problem. I have ThemeStall Add-ons v1.0 installed. Do you know what might be causing the Fatal error.

Site is very slow and in some pages stops loading, showing the flashing green circle. There is no change with cache enabled or disabled. The problem result only on desktop devices with slow internet connection (8 mbps download or less)

Hi, I’m having trouble setting up the standard SHOP page. All I’m after is the product categories, In a grid style. At the moment, I can only get it in a 1 one column listing style. Please could you let me know how I can change this? I have 9 categories, possible more to come in the future… I’m after 3 category images on each row, where the customer will click on the category and it will take them to a page where those products of that category will display. I've been building websites since 1996 and have used several editors in past 20+ years and I didn't realize this theme uses Site Origin page builder as it was nowhere mentioned. SO is one of the most cumbersome editors out there so if you are not familiar with coding or mapping the page in your mind in order to find the right element to edit then don't attempt this. Needless to say, my experience was frustrating. I don't recommend this to anyone unless you have experience in SiteOrigin.So expect a steep learning curve in order to get the site up with content.I tried getting a refund because I bought this theme for my client so they could use it to add pages later on but no way it was going to work. They wouldn't issue one, nor would they switch it to another one of their themes that I could personally try to use at some point. So hopefully they use my money towards updating the theme to use another builder for easier usability.

Seems like a tailor made theme for my needs. The reasons it is not a 5 star rating is because - loading demo data is a little confusing: 3 different versions, no documentation or explanation - requires many addonsOtherwise I find it an excellent theme
