Pre-sale question(s).
The filters on the sidebar of collection pages:
Are they customizable in the control panel? Meaning the title can be changed and a custom list of tags can be provided.
and
If they are customizable: Do filters (tags) in the list show when they are relevant to the current collection and the others hidden, or do all tags in the list show all of the time no matter what collection is displayed?

THERE IS NO SUPPORT AT ALL!!!
Very bad，made an email and just received reply one time！
I bought the same theme for Magento before from another company ，they give support within 12 hours.
Now，how can I get my money for 12 months support extension back！！！

Hello,
I’ve purchased this theme, but only 2 versions are available. Also, there are many errors in your theme. Examples:
- Send product to friend function is broken,
- The Quick View doesn’t work on all products.
- the pop up newsletter function wasn’t provided in the download
- the reviews and add reviews on a product page isn’t working in the purchased download.
- you have “add to cat” not “add to CART”.?!
and I have many other examples.
I’ve sent your team tickets through your ticketing system over hte last 2 months and I haven’t received a response.
Can you please provide me with the other theme layouts that are shown on your demo site? Also, if you can send me the most recent copy of the site, that would be great as perhaps some of the above issues have been worked out.
