Hi there,
It looks as though my support needs to be renewed, however I have what may be a general issue with the theme so hoping for some assistance.
I am not able to upload new files. After looking at ftp files it shows multiple image sizes are created for each image. So where I upload 1 image it converts to 5 images.
I have restricted creating multiple sizes in WP settings/media but its still happening. There must be a setting in the theme then, so how can I change to avoid multiple sizes of same image being made?

Hello. I am looking for online Digital Magazine WP theme that allows to publish magazines. Users can access the magazines/editions and navigate to each page in small or full screen view. Each magazine is published with all pages including cover, pages will feature text (some with clickable links), graphics, photos, videos, etc. Is this possible with this theme?

Hi, I purchased BUCKET theme that I am happy with it. Just like to know how to format the date format in index page and single post page? Could these dates be simply changed to “dd-mm-yyyy” format (“j-n-Y” without time) ??
Please take a look at the circles in attached images. I am Chinese that the format in half Chinese half English make no sense to Chinese readers.

I feel like you guys have hijacked me by forcing me to install the Pixelgrade Care plugin. I tried to delete the plugin today without success. My purchased theme is getting updates directly through Envato. Why am I forced to install your plugin you guys???

Have had Bucket installed on my client’s site since 2015 without issue. Receiving a critical error today and site is completely inaccessible.
Error Details An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 90 of the file /var/www/wp-content/themes/bucket/wpgrade-core/classes/WPGradeOptions.php. Error message: Call to undefined method WPGradeOptionDriver_Config::get_args()
Have latest version of theme installed. What do you recommend??
