The appointment form does not carry all the fields across on the email after filling them out on form. Only some of the fields. ALSO, after submitting the form it has a bunch of HTML code in the Success Message to user. How can I make this go away?

Ladies and Gentlemen,
the data offered by you are unfortunately incorrect. The page http://thememascot.net/demo/html/health-beauty/health-zone/v3.0/index-sports-mp-layout1.html is displayed wrong in some firefox versions and in the safari-browser. The menu is incorrect, image tiles on the desktop version are much too large – as with the mobile view, etc.. The preview of themeforest does not show these errors.
Please send me error-free data.

I need you assistance on this tem please. I am editing the appointment.html page to add 3 fields, drop down selections. I have added them to the html page, but what do i need to add to the appointment.php file to make the fields included in the e-mail to client? How to carry over. is it something like this? plesae tell exactly.
$name = isset($name) ? “Name: $name” : ’’;
$email = isset($email) ? “Email: $email” : ’’;
but the options are drop down selections.

Greetings! I hope all is well. My client is looking to purchase a theme for their website, and is interested in this theme; but I have two questions before we make a final decision.
1- Is your theme compatible with Wordpress Software?
2- I see that you all have preset color options for your theme; am I able to insert my own custom color for the theme?
