Hell, Dear ThemeMascot. I really like your theme and would like to use it for my next project, however one thing I do not like is the fact that you are a bit behind on the Bootstrap version. Could you please advise if you have any plans of converting the theme into Bootstrap 4 or there is a reason why you would prefer to keep it BS3? Also in the comments I’ve seen that some customers are talking about a PHP web builder, but I did not see it anywhere in the description of the theme mentioned. Could you clarify for me if there is really a PHP Visual Builder or by builder you mean to construct the page from HTML/JS components?

I recently bought mrLaw templete, but I am encountering a problem never seen before: the downloaded HTML files have no problem, but when I turn them into php and use a template engine (plates), loads 1 minute and then appears the preloader and makes an infinite loop until it crashes the browser. in chrome neetwork you see several requests with several pages not found. What file does js make the requests? I’ve been trying to find solutions to that for five days, but I can’t. How to solve this?
