Hi,
I tried to update the theme according the option 2 of online documentation but unfortunately the updated theme appeared a few incompatibilities and I have to restore it to my previous version. My current theme version is 1.4.
I use a child theme and I have custom css code in theme settings as also in customizer. I guess some of my css didn’t match with the new theme.
Is there any way, you can help with that? I would appreciate it.

Interested in this theme, I cannot get past the appointment date page as it is asking for me to enter my password. I wanted to know if the appointment then send an email or will take the user to a page to enter their information and then make a payment or pay at the shop? Would like to demo before I purchase. I have cleared my browser saved passwords and still the same issue.

Hi,
We recently purchased the ONails theme from Envato.
We paid extra to have you perform the installation.
Unfortunately the theme is not working, maybe because it is incompatible with the latest version of Wordpress 5.8, we also downgraded the Wordpress version to 5.6 and 5.7.2 with no success.
The issues is with trying to edit the theme demo data with wpbakery on the front or backend. It just displays a blank page (screenshots attached).
Can you please test the wpbakery from your end to see what the issues are.
