After installing the Metro Blocks theme: 1) Revolution Slider plugin not included 2) Contact Form plugin not included 3) Demo data problems – difficulties with importing media files 4) We purchased Metroblocks Theme and received documentation containing Bodyguard 6) We have following message “NO LICENSES FOUND” to our Visual Composer. How come? We thought we have just purchased it? NEED HELP WITH THESE ISSUES!

Can you guys please update the theme? and fix all those bugs we have reported here and on the forum? 6 months of support ticket got no replies and nothing is fix bugs continues to appear. delaying project launch think soon am forced to change theme.

Hi, i wonder what happen to the support and comments. there is no1 replying or helping out. or it take days or weeks to reply. omg how to go for production with this theme support like that. we paid and the support system is always delaying, mind as well don’t give support licenses

I am not able to import demo content, there is no Sample Data folder included in the download

I installed Revolution Slider, but slider import files are missing. You can contact theme author to obtain these.

It looks like this after installing the theme:
1) Revolution Slider plugin not included (installed by ourselves)
2) Contact Form plugin not included (installed by ourselves)
3) WooCommerce plugin not included (installed by ourselves)
4) Demo data is problematic – difficulties with importing media files
5) We purchased Metroblocks Theme and received documentation containing Bodyguard – Security
6) We have following message “NO LICENSES FOUND” to our Visual Composer. How come? We thought we have just purchased it?
Of course I will go to this “dedicated support forum” but at the beginning the theme looks poor or like it has not been finished.
