He, i’ve purchase this theme few days ago, here’s some problems.
A new build of Redux is now available!
Your version: 3.6.0.2
New version: 3.6.0.11
If you are not a developer, your theme/plugin author shipped with dev_mode on. Contact them to fix it, but in the meantime you can use our dev_mode disabler.
Plugin not activated. A higher version of Visual Composer is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

Hello
I can not write in the support section because the password renewal e-mail does not come on your site. I have 2 problems.
1 – logo is disappearin on the mobile site
2 – I get the error message when installing Essential Grid for Main Demmo.

He comprado el tema y quiero utilizar la plantilla “Agency” pero no consigo que mi pagina se parezca a esa.
¿Que debo hacer?
Tambien ocurre un error que no permite instalar el plugin Slider Revolution dice esto:
