Hello, I am unable to display any grid content in the visual composer. I also do not have the ability to change much of the blog page. Grids are broken and do not display anything on the homepage.
I can not log a ticket on the themecube site; it doesn’t let me choose a category.

Hi,
I am trying to clone the rooms carousell. But each time i clone, there is no other settings for me name the carousell or to which rooms can i assign to which carousell.

Basically i am trying to assign 1 room to 1 carousell.
I dont intent to use the slider function of the carousell.
I also i tried to open ticket in the support but your ticket section is broken as it wont accept new tickets anymore. Hope you can fix that . thanks

I have an installation of this theme in its version 1.1 and I’ve seen there is a recent update (v2.4). However, when I upload the new version, Wordpress doesn’t detect it as an update but as a new theme. And if I select the new theme, I lose all my custom settings. Is there any way to force use the files to update instead of setting it as a new theme? Thank you.

Also, for the “header options” on all my posts/pages, I can’t edit them. Every time I try to click on any field to customize, it just opens up the color box, but I can’t even change the color. I click on the “Header Background Image” and it launches color, I click on Subhead, it launches color. Nothing works.

Hi, I’m getting a ‘Set an explicit width and height on image elements to reduce layout shifts and improve CLS.’ error in Lighthouse performance reporting. It says that it relates to the navbar-logo element. Can you tell me if this is template related please and how I can fix it? Thanks.
