Can the theme developer please contact me. The support I received from M Mathan has been unsatisfactory. On each page, I have uploaded individual page image header using the theme default function (scroll down the page and under PAGE OPTION I uploaded an image for Page Header Image. They all worked fine until M Mathan decided the solution to upload a page header image for BLOG category page is to upload it under WooCommerce setting. That action by him replaced ALL the custom page header images I have uploaded. And when I removed it from the WooCommerce setting, all the page displays black background on the header despite having uploaded individual image under Page Header Image option. When I asked him to fix what he’s done, his answer is: “This is default theme options.If you need to edit every page means it will be chargeable.” How is it chargeable when the function is there in the first place but now broken due to his action?

It’s a great template but unfortunately the support is frustrating. It’s very slow for them to answer my questions and when they respond it doesn’t answer my questions at all! It’s now been 3 weeks since I first raised a support ticket for ONE problem and it still hasn’t been resolved and the last attempt to resolve it by support has removed all my page header image customisations. I have bought and installed 10 wordpress templates from Themeforest and this is the worst support I have experienced from a developer.

Please help me with my ticket. I still don’t have answer. I have problem with demo import 72 hours waiting is enough.

Hi! I tried to activate WPML plugin but it shows the error “Fatal error: Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes in /home/.../public_html/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/inc/sitepress-schema.php on line 366”. I’ve tried using these versions of WPML: 2.9.3, 3.1.8.1 and 3.1.8.6 and I’ve had no success. Would you please help me? Why am I getting this error? How may that be fixed?

It’s really pissing me off that you guys don’t respond to support ticket promptly. 2-3-4 days is not acceptable!!! I’m trying to meet a deadline and the least you could do is support your customers.
