Hello, How do I customize things like scheme colours etc? I’ve tried changing the present colour and it didn’t do anything. Also I have current content on the site. Can I still try and use the installer panel?

I purchased a license for your theme “Schema”, but I found the following issues, and I kindly ask for support: -generally the customizations I do through the editor don’t always apply on the fished site like they appear on the preview (colours, layout, etc.); e.g.: on the preview I see the main widget background green, but the site visited from another computer looks white; -mobile layout doesn’t match the desktop’s one (e.g.: background colour is set white on desktop layout, but appears green on mobile; idem for the bottom bar); -footer widgets on mobile appear way bigger than on desktop, with lot of empty space following the text I put inside, so scrolling down the site it looks empty; there seems to be no option in the customization menu for changing the size; -mobile layout is not centered, it looks shifted on the left of 3mm (0,2 inches), on different smartphones with different OS and screen size too; there seems to be no option in the customization menu for changing the alignment; -mobile layout shows the titles of the menus “menu 1” and “menu 2”, and there seems to be no option in the customization menu for changing the text of the titles or hide it; on the desktop layout, instead, there’s no such a problem; -there seems to be no option in the customization menu for changing the background colour of the main widget, wich shows white on the finished site, green on the editor view, green on the mobile version; -there seems to be no option in the customization menu for changing the text of the social media part: I’d need to translate the default text “follow us” in the language of the rest of the site, which is not english, but there seems to be no option in the customization menu for that. Hi, I have just bought schema wordpress theme. I can’t install it through wordpress themes appearance section… I uploaded it through ftp and when I activate or test this theme I get a completely blank page… I can do nothing with this. I have to remove the whole theme for recovering wordpress. My wordpress is 4.7 and it’s just a complete empty website, no plugins installed… anything else but your theme. Hello, I have installed the theme but my programmer says that it uses another genesis version of the one I use. Is this correct? Hi, I would love to only have the slider header on the blog portion of the site and no where else. I have been able to find that where I have created actual Pages, that I have the option to remove the slider header. But I have two menu items on my site that are based on Categories and I don’t know how to disable the Slider Header from showing up on those created pages. -Sandra

Good morning, I’d like to know if bug fixing is complete, because the theme is still not responding well on the mobile version. The site is still off-center by some millimeters, and because of the green background it’s very visible, not very good looking. (The white space I mentioned in my previous message has instead vanished, thank you) There still is a lot, too much of white space in the widget footers, also the writings at the bottom of the page (back-to-top button, copyright, etc.) still do not appear. Menu names still cannot be changed. Waiting for your kind answer, I salute you and thank you in advance.

When I try to install demo content it’s just loading and loading >> after it’s displayed Bad request / gateway time out. Can you please help me on this issue ? I have siteground hosting. I worked 20+ themeforest theme and I did not face this problem. HERE is the ERROR “Gateway Timeout The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.” Thanks.
