Ok, after all I finish this thing.
Alltogether I would like to point out, that I am very disapointed.
I payed 54,- USD for an unusable template!
Don’t tell me that my configuration is wrong or that I made something wrong.
No. My configuration is working with 99 % of all other joomla templates or extensions very well.
And I am not a beginner. I am working with joomla since years and with webdesign also.
So if you are offering me an Install Support for additional 50,- USD, this is just ridiculous for an unusuable template. Regardles of the fact that 52,- USD (in the meantime) for such a thing ist not serious.

It’s very urgent because your joomla acerola template doesn’t work correctly on mobile devices: Main menu doesn’t react on click.

Horrible install process. Full of PHP errors whatever PHP version you use. Buggy as hell.
Never had such an experience with a Themeforest Joomla template. I’ll be requesting a refund.

Hello,
I have a problem with my website. Main menu don’t work correctly when is on tablet and mobile view. When i open web site on mobile view pages din’t react on click. Same problem you have on your demo page template. For example when you enter your web page http://createdbycocoon.com/joomla-templates/acerola/preview on mobile menu view, click on page menu price for example and than on menu page contact (contact page can’t open). Long story short i think there is a problem with page without sub menu pages. My live url is http://revolve.rs/

Hello,
we tried to contact you last week for a defect of the acerola template for joomla (purchased from us).
The main menu on mobile devices does not work regularly (not even in your joomla demo): the main items are not clickable (even if all the links are ok).
we urgently need to solve this bug as the site is going online.

I have no response of the errors that presents the template by any means, it is important to be notified if the template no longer has support, we paid through themeforest the template hoping to have the support of this company and that the templates that are marketed here are made by professionals and provide support. Please I need an answer if I can count with support for the errors that the template presents.

Is your template Acerola serviced any more. I started a ticket about a month ago and also emailed info @createdbycocoon.com twice. To only have one request for site credentials, with no other comment, response, idea, concept, or direction on how to to correct the problem. If it is no longer serviced how can I get a refund? Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks!
