Hello Clapat-Support, may you help me by updating the WPbakery plugin? The pages does not support any visual mode anymore, so it is very hard to build content. I already mentioned it in an open ticket on ticksy. Due to deadlines in my project, i feel forced to use this channel, too. Thank you for helping me out!

Thanks for the response. I’m afraid I no longer able to open ticket on clapat.ticksy due expired support time. So to get help from you I expecting here, on comments:) What I need is only a line of the code and location were to change that. P.S. I have done that before, but after updated theme, all was lost. Hey!
Id like to embedd a video In the Hero section of my landing page.
But somehow i cant get it to work right.
Youtube videos never autoplay and the Text overlay dissapears when they play.
Id like to have it like in the demo Showcase slider with the hosted video, only at the very top of my page.
Is there any way to get this to work properly?

No matter what I do when I enter Google Map Address or Longitude/Latitude it always shows some part of Paris…
Can you help? Cause something is not right with the theme options, it doesnt work as it should…

Hi there, we have an issue with Masonry Portfolio project navigation. Briefly, need a swap left with right. For example, the Next project has to be on the right and Prev Project on the left, but actually it is the opposite. Pressing Next project it goes to the Prev Project. Is that make sense?

Since the last WordPress Update the Theme isn’t working anymore when activating the “Redux Options Framework” plugin and just showing a white screen. Will there be an update soon? Because since the plugin is mandatory the website isn’t displayed correctly when the plugin is deactivated. I’ve tried reinstalling the plugin but it didn’t help…

Hello, I´m having problems viewing my starting page. The showcase slides are often not visible and the page is just blank. It only works good on mobile but on desktop it doesn´t appear very often I always need to delete my browser cache again and again, chrome works better but not all the time. I´ve also updated the theme but stillthe same problem. Please help me out?
