I can’t seem to import the Silverscreen Demo (Import Type: All / Import Attachments: Yes). I get to 90% and it never goes past that. I’ve added the proper server permissions and set both upload_max_filesize and post_max_size to 256M. Is this something you’ve seen before?

Looks great but poor documentation for the setup resulted in a lot of troubleshooting.Page design is overly complicated and confusing.

Stunning-looking theme with a great deal of customisation capability. In fact it's more of a "metatheme" which builds the actual theme on an underlying, largely hidden, framework. Inevitably this means that you can't go in and tweak the PHP easily, but thankfully the customisation capability of the theme itself is such that you can do very nearly everything there. It's the most complex theme I've worked with, with extensive options and capabilities, so DO take the time to read the comprehensive documentation and study what you can do, or you may be disappointed. But if you are prepared to invest the time and effort, the results are stunning. I ran into one or two small issues but the support service is excellent and they'll answer quesries quickly and helpfully.I've had comments from colleagues like, "the coolest, slickest-looking web site I've ever been involved with". Congrats to Edge for this product.

I'm not a seasoned WP template user but have used other templates and modified them for some time now. I do find this particular template to be a little bit more complicated than what I'm used to but this is because I haven't worked on any WP templates in a few years. Also, I don't mind a challenge to keep me on my toes. The support is great.

Hi, I am looking for a theme that will allow me to have a clean video portfolio(or gallery rather) from frontend user submissions. Also to have the videos very simply play in their own window- so no own page or lightbox. Would that be possible in the theme? I liked the layout of your portfolio/gallery 4 columns. regards, Sybrig

This is a beautiful theme but we have had so many issues with the links not working properly, even-though the correct destination is placed in the url holder. Still unable to do the 1click demo install. Leave it for hrs, still no install. You do need experience in working on this one, not simplistic at all. You'd think it would be flawless now after six months.Still no website. the set up and very little customer support. I looked back to entries of responses out of 6 months. Never could receive assistance with the slider and bakery update. Also, updating the sections is challenging because it is a massive theme with few instructions on how to locate the update area Have had many wordpress sites that work seamlessly. This one, not so much.

Hi I purchase you Silverscreen theme.. All is working great.. only thins is the Widget.php does not load.. i get a message “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions” Unfortunately I don’s have access to the email that WordPress support sent to fix issues..

Just bought this theme to test out for a new project I am working on and I am very pleased with this theme. The customer support has already helped me out with receiving psd files promptly and there is detailed documentation for setup. For people who have never used the WPbakery Page builder with the modules before might have a bit of time to get used to when changing things in the website. But, the demo content for the slider and theme have been really useful and saved me a lot of time setting up my project. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a video theme!

I love this theme. My host updated the php and the and WPBakery no longer works. It’s not site related, but I dont know if I have to buy a new license for the WPBakery plugin or if there is some code I can add to get the current version to work? I tried adding that line of code SubstituteMaxLineLength 10m that XSTOP mentioned,but it resulted in a 404 for the site.

I got everything to import properly but I cannot edit a single page. I deactivated WP Bakery and I am able to see the edit page but it is not visual. just a bunch of code. I thought buying a license to WP Bakery so I could upgrade it would fix the problem, but it did not. I would like to edit ANY of the demo pages but I cant seem to do anything. I am on a deadline too. Very frustrating theme.

I used the old version of this theme of this and it worked fine. The latest update just breaks my entire site. The only way to stop my website from breaking is to disable the theme… This is a brand new install of Wordpress, and I’ve deleted everything and started over about 5 times already, and the result is the same. The only plugins I have are the ones that come with this theme. Is there a way to get ahold of an older version of this theme that works?

I am unable to install the Silverscreen Child demo site. It hangs and after that I do have a menu, but there are no pages to be found. The import Demo content does not work properly. How can I install the demo site anyway?

i purchased this theme for a client and installed it, but they ended up not publishing/using the website. If I renew support, can I reinstall with the same license or do I have to purchase again?

Just a completely bloated and unusable theme. Ta achieve the advertised look, you'll need to use buggy plugins and navigate a Kafka-esque procedure that tries to shoehorn features into the WordPress platform. It's hopeless and a total waste of time and money. It's a horrible theme.

Some of the plugins that comes with this pack needs an activation code, which is not included in the theme folders. An expensive and unusable product, sadly.
