Hello, Thanks for purchasing our template! As I see you are trying to build your template on the Templates section of MailChimp which is wrong. It should be OK but the Templates section of MailChimp doesn’t work properly. So all you have to do is to build your template through the Campaigns section of MailChimp and this is how: 1. On Templates section of MailChimp just upload the exported HTML from Modules Composer. Then do nothing else and just click – Save and exit – from the bottom right of MailChimp interface. 2. Go to Campaigns section of MailChimp and this is the place in which you build your template. Please visit this video – https://youtu.be/Itmu3iA6GFQ – it explains how to upload, edit and customize our email templates on MailChimp. On the same video (4:00) – https://youtu.be/Itmu3iA6GFQ?t=4m – it explains how to add sections on MailChimp. It seems like you have to rebuild your template but this is a very important feature in order to re-arrange the modules in the future. Hello, I have put my own pictures instead of template ones. When I send the mail there is still template pictures. When I send a test to my mail it is working but when I send it to my contact it is wrong and it is not showing the right pictures i uploaded. How can I solve it?

Hi team, I’ve just started using the Fashion template within Mailchimp. The template displays well across Outlook (Mac, PC, iPhone app), Gmail iphone app, however does not work on Yahoo app on Samsung phone. Do you have a fix for this? Also – the duplicate and remove buttons in Mailchimp do not work. There is also not an eye or drop down option on each module to select a different module. Have you had this problem before? Hello again! Per your last reply I properly imported the HTML Template & customized it in the Campaigns section of Mail Chimp. The customization process was smooth and easy. The customized template looked perfect in Preview mode, but I am seeing some glitches in my test email. When logged into my Gmail account in Chrome, the email is only showing half of the 8 product color (clothe) swatches in my fv2 Featured Product 2 module. The social module is not showing at all in the test email. Please note that I am 100% certain that those sections are not hidden in the template. Again, the email looks perfect in Preview mode in MailChimp. Back to the test email in my gmail account: The email says: “message clipped” (fine), but when I click “show full message” I see more glitches. My Discount section shows my customized text & links, but the background photo is not the one I have saved in my customized template, rather, it is the demo module image. The Social module has the exact same problems: the right text & links with the wrong background image. I also sent a test email to my colleague who has an Outlook address. When logged into her Outlook account from Firefox, the email looks completely perfect: exactly as I see it in MailChimp’s Preview mode. However, when logged into her Outlook account in Chrome, the email looks exactly as I see it in MailChimp’s Preview mode with one exception: The body text in the FV2 Product Feature section is very pixilated and difficult to read. I don’t know the name of the font used in that section but it was the default font that came with the template. Can you help me address these glitches? Thank you!

I purchased this template tonight to build out a campaign as I’ve done other times for many of my clients. This is not responsive at all. I’ve unloaded and reloaded. Sometimes deleting and editing worked in some modules and other times freezing and not working at all. It’s mailchimp so it’s all very simple and I don’t have time to watch a YouTube video on how to make a simple template work. I’m extremely disappointed. I can’t use this at all.

Hello, I did everythig as shown on your tutorials, but the newsletter is not working. I have a few problems regarding this template: - It’s very slow when using it on Mailchimp - Some images appear and others don’t - Even if I change the images, the default images of the template appear instead the ones I’ve uploaded (and only half of the image appears) - Links are blue (I want them in another colour) Can you help? Hi, I’m an old user of the fashionista template for a long time. Lately I noticed some features were not working properly anymore (it has been years), so I dowloaded the latest version and uploaded the new template on mailchimp. Template works but when I go to the Campaign section I do not see anything under the DESIGN tab of mail chimp. I have no modules, only one TAB that reads: MONKEYREWARDS. Of course I could modify the template in the templates section but as you know this is not ideal. What is the issue??

Hello! We have an ecommerce fashion website & I just purchased your Fashionista Template. I downloaded all the files, setup my Modules Composer account, created & downloaded my first template. I then created a custom template in MailChimp by uploading the zip of my Fashionista template. Then I painstakingly customized that template with our company’s images, logo, info, etc. When I sent myself a test email, it was blank. PLEASE HELP. I had to delete my first draft of the customized template in MailChimp and start over after reopening that first draft (I had Saved & Exited) & finding it completely blank except for our logo. I had saved along the way. There is some kind of glitch or something I’m doing wrong. PLEASE HELP! This template is beautiful & I’d really like to be able to use it.

Hello, ive created the template i need, exported it and uploaded to mailchimp, however it shows only the logo when i click on preview. Ifi click on edit code or edit design the whole layout shows however when in preview mode or when i save i can only see the logo. ive contacted mailchimp and they said the issue is from the template with lots of errors.

We enjoy the look of this template, but when setting it up as a template in mailchimp, entire sections of the email will disappear, losing hours of already saved work. Help! EDIT: Nevermind, just read your above solution for the templates vs. campaign sections.

Hi there, I just purchased this template today to use on MailChimp but the “remove” module is not working. After working for an 1 hour editing the template and saved, I clicked the “remove” on some of the modules that I didn’t need it and not only it didn’t remove, I lost all the work done. So frustrating. I’d like a refund please. Thank you.

I logged in but the modules composer doesn’t work. I load the template but the page is blank. I have already tried to refresh the page but it still doesn’t work.

I cant find a way to edit or delete blocks. I tried to edit template through templates section or campaign. Your video Shows another template for example. Things are different on that template. Even through campaign the template crashes after import and save. Can someone help?
