Hi, I purchased the theme a few days ago, my programmers implemented it almost completely but they are claiming to encounter issues regarding pagination due to large amount of posts. Is it really related and how can we sort this out? Thanks Amir

Hi, I am having trouble accessing the Page template inside my Wordpress site. I imported the entire FreshMag zip file, thinking the Page templates would automatically be imported, but they did not. What would you recommend I do?

Hello! I love the FreshMag theme and bought/installed on my test site. Was looking to change the size of the header logo for desktop as it appears rather small. It looks fine for ipad/tablet/mobile but the desktop version of the logo is underwhelming. Please advise.

Great theme, love it so far, but having trouble with ad insertion. When I place ad code in the header ad bar section I get nothing but ”//” showing up (I am posting scripts – Amazon CPM – if that matters). When I put ad code in through Custom Text widgets, I get a yellowish background behind the ad. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I can not install the demo and am unable to build my website. I have only blank templates. In the specific characteristics of the theme absolutely I not say anything about this so I request to be reimbursed the money paid for a product that does not serve me for nothing and selling misleadingly. In exchange for not being able to install the demo and sell a blank template offer video to build the website on downloaded files and are only useful for professionals in this area, so I can not build absolutely anything with them. theme needs to do to clear the pictures appearing on the particular setting you want to get a nice theme but are necessary to solve this problem

We just downloaded- and cant see any of the sample content. My programmer now stuck, sending a support request. This should be made clearer.
