This company basically provides you with no customer support, I had to wait 5 day for them to ask me if what I emailed them about 5 days ago was still broken.Great theme but if you need help this isn't the product for you.

We just bought your theme. We set up the shift pack as a landing. in Chrome desktop it perfect but on mobile it seems the social icons are not showing. also the whole shift animation is now circling balls in Safari… do you guys need to update responsiveness?
