Hi!
The theme isn’t working properly and has been a total nightmare to set up in Shopify… Please refund the purchase.
The layout does not look or function like the demo looks and suggests. Have tried to figure it out for a few days but it is totally unintuitive and I’m disappointed and frustrated because of all the time I’ve wasted.

I tried to upload the organic theme to shopify, but get:
“zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”
Could you let me know how I can solve this?

When I try and uplaod theme into delivermeuk.myshopify.com it won’t work and it just states “Something went wrong”.

1. I asked for a refund on the woocommerce template I bought by mistake. I purchased the shopify theme because I needed to get started on this project. Please let me know status on the refund.
2. I have added products with multiple sizes and images but the image and price does not change when you click the different sizes.

Hi EngoTheme,
I am working for a client who purchased your theme and have run into an issue. When using the checkbox variant selector it never updates and only passes the first available variant to cart. I checked your demo site and the same problem exists there as well, if you select the second variant options Here and add to cart then it will still add only the first variant options. I assume it has something to do with the quickview.js file but I’m not sure. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

We have just bought this template in envato (see picture below).
We need to remove few sections in the homepage, but we can’t.
How can we do that?

I wonder if the template has these customizations, please?
1. In the category, put the + and – button to add the direct quantity to the cart. No need to enter the product screen.
2. Schedule by time.
3. Report of products sold per day. Not only orders, but which products were sold on the day.
