it seems your support system is not working properly i tried to create an account, but getting error. i am facing problem with visual composer to edit home page, in latest version of word press i can not use old version of visual composer. please help me and let me know how i can update home page, when using visual composer i can not see any of the elements provided on homepage design. please guide and resolve the issue urgently.

Hi,
I have send support ticket on 10th Apr & I received reply on 18th Apr (After 8 long days) with not at all satisfactory answer.
why “customize” (cusomise.php) is giving http 500 error (Please note other things are working proper).

Hi the form in the contact page does not work. Is it supposed to go to the admin email address? If so this is not working. Otherwise where can I change the email it goes to?

We tried to install the theme, but its giving lot of errors. In the Wp-admin we are not getting any option to edit the pages and in the front end some pages like Services Single, Technology etc are giving errors..Can you please help me with this.

Hi, i just installed correctly this theme, but i can’t import Demo Content, when i press the button, shows “Error: error(500)” , but i can’t find any errors on my server log.

I just purchased this theme and after installing the child theme and theme and trying to activate, I get this general error. “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions” Please help

Dear Gautam Thapar, we´re using this theme, but now we have problems: the testimonial section is not working anymore. Can you help or is there a fix? We cannot save the testimonial name and designation, the 2 fields are no longer working. Thank you
