1) Under the conference schedule all the events are jumbled up. it is not in the order
2) How to arrange the Speakers in an order?, right now it keep changing position on refresh
3) Registration form is not visible,
Please help the rectify at the earliest and i cant create a support ticket it says purchase id is not valid

Ok I am confused and borderline furious with how crappy this theme is.
Where to start
- main page, same content shows up 3 different times, some times it parses html, some times it does not, never does it maintain proper formatting
- responsive – wtf does it respond to because it covers up half the page when I test my implementation of it.
- Totally piss poor documentation
Frankly I want my money back. How many of your buds did you pay off to leave the positive feedback. Scamsters. I have used many premium themes from envato/themeforest. This is not one of them. Abandoning and switching course.

It looks like there is a undocumented* limit of 9 events in the schedule section per day. If you add a 10th event on the same day the timetable goes out of sequence. Please is there a way to remove that limit. Also I see from earlier comments there is a limit of 10 for the sponsors section. Why? *Your documentation does not mention any limits – please advise.

Hi – I’m having trouble with selecting a date while adding an Event, which is a required field so I can’t add any events. I tried to submit a help ticket and got an error message, then tried to use the contact us page and also got an error message. Can you let me know how to proceed?

Hi there. I am adding speakers to my event. I have roughly 27 speakers but only the first 10 show up with no “SEE MORE” button underneath. Additionally, even though I added them in a specific order, they jumble every time I reload. I need this fixed asap please. I submitted a ticket a few minutes ago but my last ticket was not responded to from May so I need this address as soon as you can.

Hi, that actually limit of post per page, you just go to settings – reading and increase a number of post per page, as all those elements are basically posts in Wordpress and one-page template is a page.

Pre-sales questions:
1. Is the top area of the homepage a slider as well? Or just a static image made full width/height?
2. Can the keynote speakers area of the homepage be a carousel or left/right slider so that we can fit more of them on the page?
3. Do the keynote speaker images have to be round? Or are there some controls over how those look?
