Hi, I have 2 questions: (1) I’m kind of confused about the way theme licenses work. I have a license for Sovereign, and see that there is a new version available (Version 1.7). The issue is that in the zip that is downloaded, I can’t find what “version” of the theme it is. Am I downloading the update from Jan 2022 (newest update)? Or is it the one from when I first bought the theme? Can you tell me where in the downloaded zip I can find the theme version? (2) When I install an update (unzip sovereign folder and replace it on the server) does it automatically update the plugins that you state as “updated” on the Themeforest page? Example (from Version 1.7 on Themeforest): - Added WordPress 5.9 compatibility - Added WooCommerce 6.1.1 compatibility - Updated WPBakery Page Builder to 6.8.0 - Updated Revolution Slider to 6.5.14 - Updated Edge Core plugin to 1.4.1 - Updated Edge Instagram Feed plugin to 2.1 - Updated Edge Membership to 1.1 I’m assuming that: WordPress and WooCommerce can now be updated BY ME in Plugins to those versions. The ones that show “Updated” will update to those versions just by me replacing the sovereign theme file on my server. Is that correct? Any other information that could help me with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Tony

Hi we cannot get the bread crumbs to turn off, even though they are turned off in the settings, as a result when a product is viewed on mobile there is a large gap above the product image so we aren’t able to make the site live yet.

Hello, we bought this theme last year and before last update everything was fine. After this last update, some strings that were traslated before, are now in English and we cannot translate them with Loco Traslate, which before worked perfeclty. I know that support has expired, but can you help us with some tips what to do or how to handle this? Some examples are: “cart” & “No products in the cart” in cart dropdown in header widget, “quantity” on product page, ... Thank you, Nina

Hi, The minimal style of this theme seems perfect so I have some pre-purchase questions. I am planning on an extremely simple and minimal site. Front page would include a header image (perhaps slider), recent blog posts, access and contact. The blog will be the only other page. The menu (front left to right), logo-menu-social icons. With all the features this theme offers, I assume the above are possible but would like to check if it actually achievable. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I tried to install the Clothing store demo but it doesn’t look like the clothing store at all So I am now trying to just fill the theme with some dummy content but my changes are not shown. The fonts I choose are not visible neither the background colors for example the footer. It seems this theme doesn’t do what it should do. How can I make this work? I've used 3 or 4 Edge themes over the last few years. Any time I've had an issue (usually just my limited knowledge of php or theming for Wordpress) they have been super fast at getting back to me and always help me out. Typically I'm working on it at night, get stuck for a while on something, and then contact them through the support. When I check the next morning/afternoon they have always answered. (we are in different time zones so that is expected)The themes are great and so is the support. Unless I get way better at theming, I'll always be an Edge customer.
