Did not receive any response to my complain of slow website loading. This website template takes more than 1 minutes and 30 seconds to load, whereas other websites on the same server are loading within 2-4 seconds

IT’NOT ACCEPTABLE !! I’ve try to get refund because this template is not for my need. No way I didn’t get any reply. I wanted a Wordpress Them and it’s not. There isn’t any advice or anything about it. I’m Furious !!

Hello, Which version did you use Revolation Slider plugin?
It’s does not support offset/position as array. like this:

MAJOR ISSUES! BEWARE! Responsiveness (of template) is broken on services section on home and about pages at normal screen sizes on Firefox. Site only loads on Firefox, never loads on IE or Chrome. There must be fixes for this. I have seen others complain about the same problems 1 year ago. Site is also NOT supported by author on support ticket system. No way to choose this template, even though still have 3 months of support left and verified purchase. No updates in over a year.

This is not a wordPress Theme. No way to get refund or upgrade to a WP theme. It's not acceptable. I'm very despointed.
