THEY BAN YOU FROM CONTACT THEM AT EVERY PLACE! Yes, my first ticket when I purchase this, they replied and solved the bug. Then, my support license still have three month. Now, it’s been a nearly a month since my first ticket being sent. No reply to my email address. No ticket ID given to me. They just give you a XXXX, yes, it’s 4 “X” as the ticket ID, then when you come back to check the status, they said the ticket ID is wrong. You are not able to create an account in their site, no picture could be upload either. No phone number, no email address. If this cannot be solved, we’ll leave a one star comment and then report for a refund for this.

Just bought this theme and faced two issues: 1. File was too large to be uploaded to my shopfy store (max. 50MB). I tried to rzip the folder and this message appeared after upload of zipped folder (There is 1 error: zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”, missing template “templates/index.liquid”, missing template “templates/collection.liquid”, missing template “templates/product.liquid”, missing template “templates/page.liquid”, missing template “templates/cart.liquid”, and missing template “templates/blog.liquid”). Please solve this issue for me.

Hi, the zip file is 64MB, but when i try to upload it, it said “Upload a .zip file of your Shopify theme. Uploaded themes will be unpublished by default. Maximum file size: 20MB” So how will it go on?

Regarding the “Page Builder” I tried downloading again, reinstalling theme (All in one not included). Theme – Customize – Page Builder – not working. I’m being taken to a search page. Look like the page builder link is broken.

My PageBuilder is not working like it use to.
