Hello, i understand that your focus is on yor skylab theme! Recently i bought 2 Licenses for the pear theme. But now i realised that this theme would never get good support for customers (maybe your are a one man show). But the answers for questions about the pear theme delayed 3 months. No update for the plugin, no update for the styles. Can i get a license for the skylab theme for free and you can delete one of my pear licences?

Nice design but quite a few bugs which had to be adjusted with custom CSS. Customer support is very slow - answers minimal - so bring some time if you want to work with this theme.

Your customer support is very slow, I already submit ticket to your support page, but still didn’t get any respond from you. I’m not able to install the themes either by WordPress or FTP. I’ve tried many times to upload the pear.zip file to my wp but it always show the same result.

Hello! Is this product abandoned? There is a comment above where another customer asks about the update. It was placed 3 months ago. You replied 14 days ago. If for any question that customers may ask, you reply after 2 and a half months… what’s the point? I bought this product after you assured me that you will continue to update it and keep up with the latest trends in both design, performance and package offerings (like included premium plugins). Although I bought it 1 year ago, I never used it. Not even downloaded. Now, I would like to use it on a personal multisite network but I’m afraid there will be issues with wordpress 5.0 Also, the design got old… it’s like the apple website from 5 years ago. Hope to see a new update this year… it’s a pity because the product was promising and so was you… I still think there is potential in this theme, but not when you answer to a customer’s question after 2 and a half months! The support is really minimal, and for my template, they saying that is responsive mobile, sorry but its not responsive mobile at all!

Almost 1 year ago (11 months ago to be more precise) I asked if this product is still maintained and you replied “Hello, no it is not, we will include latest versions of bundled plugins ASAP.” It’s been 1 year and nothing happened. I bought Pear 2 years ago intending to use it on a personal project that was delayed. Although I bought your theme, I never downloaded or used it in anyway. When I saw that you abandoned the project I requested a refund but you haven’t granted / accepted my request. Now I need to use the product that I payed for. Wordpress is at version 5.3 In November 2017, when you made the last update, wordpress was at version 4.9.x. It’s been 2 years since your haven’t made any change to the theme. Right now, the product is useless. Please, either update the product and keep it up to date on all terms (design, compatibility, speed, and all the current trends), or grant me a refund so I can purchase a product that I can actually use. I’ll be waiting till the end of the day. Thank you! PS: 1 year is not an ASAP term. Just so you know, ASAP, in current business timeline means a few hours at most.

Very nice theme, some small bugs but the support is present and effective.A little bit late on the answers, but you can not have everything for $ 30I recommend it

Good overall theme for the money, but i'm very disappointed with the support. I opened a ticked and it wasn't seen for multiple days. Once i got a response their advice was very minimal. On top of that there are also issues within the theme.

This is a very comprehensive theme with many style choices. I had a few glitches here and there that I was able to iron out with the help of the support service. Support responds in a timely way with solutions that work well for front end designers. The price is amazing and well worth it.
