Hi,
Looks like you haven’t install & activate Advanced Custom Fields Pro plugin (ACF). You can instal it from Appearance > Install Plugin.
Make sure the ACF Pro plugin is activated before you import the demo data.

Before importing the demo data, I have already installed the ACF Pro plugin & activated it. I got below errors.
Below issues-
Failed to import “Doctors Information”: Invalid post type acf Failed to import “Department Information”: Invalid post type acf Failed to import “Format Video”: Invalid post type acf Failed to import “Format Audio”: Invalid post type acf Failed to import “Doctors Schedule”: Invalid post type acf Failed to import “Event Information”: Invalid post type acf
As per the theme docummentation, the theme is not compatible with wordpress & plugins as most of the content cannot be used.
Can you help me to see the “doctor schedule” as shown in the theme documentation.

Hello, I would like to have the video showing the back end of this theme. How the administration of this theme looks like? It would be very helpful to know before purchasing. I hope to help with detailed guidance about how to view the register list, assign time and doctor for specific patients, follow up with the registered status, cancel and move appointments,... What is the point if we cannot book appointment as shown in the theme demo.

Error on website :
1. Logo of our main website is not showing up many times we change the size and format of the logo.
2. when we click on any of our webpage blank page is visible -webpage is only visible when we click on new tab .
3. Department section we cannot apply styles of heading it is simple.
pls help us out
