Hello!
I was thinking to buy this template but figured that scroll doesn’t work on iPhone X property. Once I lifted up the finger scrolling stops immediately. But usually scroll continues. I checked the Safari, but I almost sure you can find this problem in any browser.

Hi,
I am not able to make Mailchimp work. I added the API Key, the LIST ID and also added my email in the required places. I still can’t get emails.
I deployed my solution in cPanel in namecheap, the request is going through successfully (the php request) but the email is not being received.
Could you help me?

Hi there!
So when I selected Wordpress plugin/theme this item came up, and I read all the comments so I understand that you need to upload via ftp.
So after 2 hours of trying to figure out what that means I have finally accessed my site through FileZilla and have uploaded the HTML and additional files. However I can not find the files or access them to edit the code.
I am unsure what to do. I have uploaded them to home folder and then again to the html folder hoping that would help but It does not. Any advice??

hi,
i hava a problem with the multi-scroll-page.
if i add another section left and right with new id’s and also extend the menue in the multi-scroll-js .. .the new-right-added-content ist skipping to the front
when browsing the site..
1)left-side is ok with the first half of section 1 but right-side is showing right-side of the section 6(added new section)
something is going wrong.. with the template…

We followed the instructions in the Documentation for the “3rd Solution” and are still not receiving any emails.

Good day,
I would like to find out. How do I disable the error messages for the Notify Me section because we’re now using the “Get Notified” button for a different action. We’ve removed the email field and left the button but the template still displays the message:
“Your mail is incorrect.Please check it and try again.”
I would like this message removed completely.

Where is the documentation for the Pure theme? We bought it and it says “well documented” but we can’t find anything. We specifically want to know where the icon library is located, how to integrate our mail chimp account, and a couple of other minor issues.
