The theme as a template is very beautiful but unfortunately technical support has become very bad !! There is a delay in response and no practical solutions!I have waited more than 45 days and my problem has not been resolved. When they respond, there are only questions and without any solution.Technical support is very important to us!

I've used many themes since WordPress 1.0. I'm usually skeptical about using any theme with a theme builder that's buggy. I'm always willing to try something new, but have little patience for underdeveloped software. I will ALWAYS invest time and money into a theme that is well developed and maintained. JANNAH is one of these themes! Its developers are consistently updating it for fixes and new features. Novice designers will find a moderate learning curve, but once you get passed learning the layouts and tools, the theme and its plugins will mesh nicely. Customer support has been exceptional, no complaints there. Thank you TieLabs for putting out quality software.

Excellent theme, full of really nice features to allow publisher to present articles beautifully and offer a variety of revenue generating options. Having used WordPress for many years, their support is one of the best I have ever come across, often answering within a few minutes and always able to assist - even if it is an issue outside of their theme. The theme is also updated regularly and also includes its own plugins to increase page speed - very useful.

This theme is super customizable. It would be nice if widgets could be inserted into the main content in the Tie Pagebuilder.

The call tie_get_latest_theme_data() is NOT neccessary, but slows down the backend A LOT.This is unacceptable.

Great theme, all you need for a blog or magazine. However, the design looks a bit outdated. It would be great if TieLabs will issue new design bunch according to the latest design trends. The post can contain a photo, video and text. 2) A post uploaded by any user shall go through an approval checkpoint to the admin before going live. Second, I came to inform you: in the last updates I felt a negative performance impact on gtmetrix and pagespeed. Unfortunately I went back to an old backup and saw that the problem was never the plugins. So, I sincerely hope that in version 6 of the theme you will improve performance and adapt to web corevitals… The theme is very poorly optimized even using several recommendations. Please!

Hi, can you add in the next updates a new option implemented in the theme that, if activated, allows to download the daily edition of the published articles? being a magazine theme it would be a very useful option. For example, it could be enriched with functions such as the possibility to choose whether to be accessible to all or only to users with a certain activated plan, or exclude certain categories, pages, etc.. In addition, an option could also be added to download individual articles in pdf through an option that, if activated, shows an icon above or below the article (next to the social buttons).

It may be tricky at first to try to customize certain portions of the code, but the code is well structured and documented. With time it becomes easier.Great job, according to my purchase. Recommended.

Poor support. Very outdated theme. While others are already in the third update of the year, this one is worth coming out of version 3.2. I do not recommend. I regretted buying it.

Best WP theme I have ever used. The documentation is fantastic, and the settings make it simple to configure. Everything works like it is supposed to. I can't find anything negative to say about Jannah. Haven't needed to use their customer support yet, so I can't comment on that. But everything else has been excellent thus far.

Ah, i forgot 1 more important good thing too: support team is helpful and friendly. (-) Negative Only bad thing is mobile pages are slow. (Google Pagespeed Insights: Destkop +95, but mobile: +70)
