Unprofessional! Attention! IT’S NOT THE FULL VERSION! IT’S NOT A WP VERSION I made a mistake and I purchased this Item. After that I saw It’s not a wordpress version. I wrote to support to see If It’s anyway for get my money back, without Themeforest taxes. I spoke with them on skype where they tried to sell me a wp version with US400. I know was my mistake, but like me are more clients. They sell an incomplete product, wait the clients mistake and then try to sell the full version of this Item, without themeforest. Unprofessional!

Hello, I am interested in this theme which I very much consider using for my web-to-print portal. But as much as I like the Live Preview, it could not present a full picture of what it can do. I will really appreciate if you give me actual examples of functional websites – web print shops of clients already using the same theme. I tried to reach you there but it seems that I am not being able to get any answer, so I will ask instead: 1 – Do you do the prints yourselves and ship them to the customer or do we do it? 2 – If I understand well, this is not just a plugin for WC but a whole package with a plugin and theme. Is this correct? If yes, is the plugin compatible with other themes or yours only? Will I be able to use Visual Composer or any other page builder with your theme? 3 – How will the orders work? Will we get a print-ready PDF? What is the quality for a PDF in that case (I represent a high quality printing company)? 4 – Social media integration: can a user import photos from Facebook and Instagram account into the product designer when customizing a design? 5 – How exactly does the pricing works? It’s really not that clear. Do we pay yearly licenses or every 3 months? Or a once in a lifetime fee? 6 – Can we add big products like books with 32 pages or posters with 100cm x 70cm? 8 – Your demos are incredibly slow and sometimes they don’t even load. At the same time, you market the plugin/theme as super fast. Which guarantee do I have that if the plugin/theme is really slow I will have my money back? 9 – You state that you have a great support.
