Hello I am using your theme on wordpress 5.2.4. I encoutered several problems while trying to implement my content. At first, WP bakery page builder says “Elements within this list are deprecated and are no longer supported in newer versions of WPBakery Page Builder.” so I am not able to edit and create those which are used by these elements. Also there is trouble with image uploading. When I use single image element and I try to load image from media library nothing happens. Loader in media just keeps spinning and after while it closes without result. Thirdly, hamburger menu in site is at wrong position (it is under logo not, at right side of page as it was in demo on themeforest, also white space occurs on right side on mobile, lastly the menu is not working properly on mobile when there are more menu items(I can not scroll down) I am using iOS devices, did not test android devices ) Is there any solution? Hello! I have a few problems with my website sp2.sierakowice.pl where I have your Universh theme. Today I have purchased 6-month support specifically to benefit from your help. My site is version 5.5 of Wordpress, version 1.3.0 of Universh theme. After upgrading to these versions, I need your help again. 1. You helped me center my top menu, now it’s left again. (http://sp2.sierakowice.pl/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/menu.png) 2. I am not using the logo image on the left side of the menu. After the update, it is available again and I had to insert a graphic with a transparent background. (http://sp2.sierakowice.pl/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/logo.png) Now new problems: 3. After updating, WP Bakery Page Builder plugin does not work as expected. First of all, on “Pages” I don’t see the buttons that would allow me to start this editor. And the page editing itself is possible after selecting the “Frontend editor” mode, it does not work in the “Backend editor” mode. Hi, I know that my support for the theme Universh has expired. I didn’t need your help in my first six months after I bought the theme. I hope you will forgive my question after the support date. I do not need a logo in the line from the page menu. Instead, I need the menu to be enlarged by the width of the space for the logo.
