I think this theme is not yet ready for live sites. We had so many troubles that in the end we went to custom theme drupal 8. Author didn’t give us any support!

Dear Sir,
I am interested in Verti and would like to know if this is a plain graphic theme or a Drupal 8 distribution (I mean a pre-configured package consisting of Drupal core, additional modules, Graphic theme, fake text and images). I would also like to know:
1) if the version of Drupal is the latest 8.3.1 or a previous one and which one exactly;
2) if the distribution requires a php version higher than the 5.6.5, this information being relevant in the hosting choice.
