Hi, I hope u can help me. I buy the items on 16 July.
I want to add icons but they don’t save on backend and show on frontend.
The template is managed by Unyson he propose to custome all from A to Z but a lot of bug are there. The way to change the Home page logo is missing, and footer different color in inner pages are bugs as well.
I have ask to my 2 devs to see what is going on and actually both approve this opinion.
What is the solution?

Does not work as it should be.
Customer support ticket service broken, cannot even login or get refused.
Owner rejected my refund, and said the reason was it was resolved, which it clearly was not. as nothing changed.
I filed a new refund request and now he ignores my refund request for whatever reason he will come up with.I NEVER give a 1 star, let alone I had so much bad experience with this seller and theme on themeforest for the first time.

this is my site projectsunshine.in, the template doesnt have scroll to nav jquery.
smoothly scrolling down a specific section, can u update the theme or tell me how to create this. although wud prefer this to be there by default

I am finding errors in template code and a number of things not working right. a few weeks ago support was OK but now the support site has been configured to prevent any user from posting problems.The support site is essentially a forum but the ability for registered and logged in users to post problems has been remove and there has been no activity on there for almost a month. Am now having to go into the code myself and try and fix the issues I am having. Hopefully this message will trigger a response. Be warned that it appears that this template is currently unsupported with a number of issues.
