Hello NiceThemes, My website is having some errors, problems with framework, WPBakery Page Builder. I just noticed that this theme has not being updated since March 2018. Are you planing on update it anytime soon? I had to fix these problems and really need to confirm about security, fixing errors and I am no longer have “support” period valid to contact your support platform. Thanks!

hi, very nice theme, im trying to make columns on a page using wpbakery, but your theme is not displaying columns, if i change themes the columns displays correctly but if i activate your theme again, the columns dont show anymore just rows. any hint on what could be?

product saying license keys don't match when trying to register leading me not being able to have one click update. very frustrating.

The theme itself looks great (with many options and presets) and it's relatively well-organized, minimizing the difficulties some themes have where the learning curve can be more than its worth.However, what really stood out to me was the customer support that went above and beyond what I expected in order to help me out with using the theme, which was only a problem in the first place due to issues with my personal host of choice. Despite it not being their problem, the support team made sure I was taken care of, and that alone makes it a product I would recommend to others—to me as a customer, buying something but not getting it to work is an unpleasant feeling, and the team behind Smart seems to get that in a way that other support teams don't, which is definitely something I can appreciate.

The developers of this theme belong to the group whose products are no longer being developed and are therefore no longer usable or unusable in the current versions of PHP, Wordpress and Woocommerce. However, the height of impudence is that they still offer these themes for sale here.

This theme has a transparent header on devices, with the option of the logo in the center on desktop, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to set up, it works well and I haven't found this in another theme yet. However, I ran into many issues working this theme, most of the bugs were later fixed by the developers, who were very quick and responsive, but the theme in general is pretty limited in terms of options and features, Theme Options for example, could be more extensive, having the option to customize the post archive pages, single portfolio/post page etc... Page Builder is quite limited compared to the other themes I've use on Themeforest, and single post doesn't have a sidebar when you use the page builder. For someone who likes the theme as it is, it's a great options, but for more personalized design and extensive customizations, or if you like having more options, this is probably not the best choice. The support I got from the developers was fantastic, they were able to fix all the issues very quicky and on point.

Easy to customize using page builder. I'm using SiteOrigin page builder instead of the suggested page builder plugin.
