As a first time WordPress theme user I can't compare it to anything. I can tell you the support from Theme_Sky is top notch. I asked many questions and a timely response was always sent. On two occasions he also logged into my WordPress site and corrected issues for me. I would highly recommend the Desert Theme to anyone based on the friendly customer support alone. As far as the theme itself it works very smoothly and offers many functions right out of the box. Since I am new to WordPress I installed the theme with all of the demo content in place to make it much easier for me to figure out how to use it.The clean uncluttered design of this theme makes it look very professional & it operates very smoothly.

So far, I have really loved this Desert Blog Theme - it's very user friendly and has an intuitive, cool layout. I've reached out to customer support for troubleshooting and updating content questions, and they have been very responsive, helpful and explain things for the layman (as I'm far from a coder!). I would highly recommend this theme and the support you get!!

Out of the box, this theme already has many options, design and functionality wise. It looks just as good as the demo. Customer support is quick and responsive. I'm also in touch with the author/designer to do some customization designs (Chinese fonts are a pain..). Really love this theme!

Recently I purchased the theme and applied to my homepage. It was easy to install and configure the theme. I had one issue with font because default font didn't support my language. Fortunately, I was able to reach support team very easily and the support team solved my issue very quickly. I am very satisfied with this theme.
