Hi, i’ve bought your template today to use it as on my shopify theme but i have to say it’s quite a mess on mobile view. The slider is not operational, the alignment is terrible and the Newsletter Pop Up isn’t working at all for example. I#m very sorry, but the template isn’t as good as advertised at all – please, let me issue a refund and i’ll consider buying this template again as soon as you fix all this problems.

I am having trouble with the mobile view for the Facon-V1-5 theme. Currently the mobile version is not working correctly and will only shrink type font and menu options. The mobile view is very different than what should show up as previewed in the template. Store: Mondaysuit.com

hi i am thinking to purchase your theme for my Shopify store, however, i got a couple of questions firstly how your theme behaves with my app install like I got a multi-language app and multi-currency as well as over… would I be able to keep using them??? secondly, i was wondering about the comment people said they have a problem with the pictures what resolution and measurement the images of the products need to be to keep the quality you have on your demo. Also, I’m interested in the 3 pictures module what resolution the image needs to be to keep that quality. Thirdly would you provide an instruction manual for installations to avoid the problem people are saying about the spaces? Fourthly, how is the customization environment it is base it on Shopify design style or it drags an drop as wix? Fifthly, as I have a current store with over 200 product doi need to start the store from scratch or your theme would pull my products already on my Shopify database as the original Shopify theme do? finally, i see at the bottom there is a feature about Instagram those that Instagram picture is included or they need to be paid as an extra. thanks for your help

Good Morning, First, I’m sorry for my bad English, I’m Spanish and I’m using a translator. A few days ago I bought your template to install it in my shopify. Thats my shopify link: https://kurma-shop.myshopify.com/ All perfect, but I have a “serious” problem. In the home, the section of products looks pretty bad, I do not know because they are placed on top of the next block. In the collections section (in Spanish: Catalogo), you can see that the same thing happens. The products are stepped between them and then the pagination is not displayed correctly. HI I have been trying to solve some errors that is there in the code. It’s terrible to work in this template, but some issues still remained after steps with support from IT nerds. There are alignment issues, mobile version isn’t really good. The mobile version doesn’t show up Menus or Buttons. Typography colors have to be changed from Style.css which takes a lot of time to actually find the section. Many things are not working. Over all really disappointed with the support and customizability. Please return my money, it’s a right as a customer. I will not use this theme anymore. Let me know that you give a refund from my money. With kind regards..
