The latest version of this theme breaks the mobile menus. Works fine on 5.0.2, but disappears on 5.5.1. Specifically on iPhone, both Safari and Chrome. I had to roll back to the older theme. Menus pop up briefly on page load, then disappear.

I did a clean install for my website but I can’t install the demo content completely… Pages are missing, menu items are giving errors, ...
All PHP configuration limits on my hosting are configured more than needed and still have the same issue. Can u help me out?

Unfortunately the content builder is not working anymore. When I go to
Add new portfolio… Edit in content builder… The content builder is loaded for 2 seconds and then goes back to classic mode. When I do this several times the content builder is permanentely there but saving draft is not working. It says “stay on page” or “leave page” Wordpress is 5.8.3 and the theme version is 5.7.

I bought this Theme 3 years ago and so far I haven’t had any problems with the configuration.
Unfortunately, the menu on mobile has not been working properly since several updates. Specifically on iPhone, both Safari and Chrome.
The main menu is not a problem just the sub-menu. It does not develop and it is impossible to move on.
This issue has already been reported and nothing has changed for several months.
50% of users use smartphones. Due to such an error, it is impossible to see my offer.

Something weird started to happen to my pictures on the horizontal scroll portfolios. The images are all stretched.
Any clue of why is it happening?

There is a line of code in this theme that prevents caching and starts a new session on every page load:
./wp-content/themes/grandphotography/functions.php: session_start();
./wp-content/themes/grandphotography/header.php: session_start();
Is there a workaround for this? This is preventing caching on the site and hurting performance. Very rare for a theme to include this type of session behavior.
Love the theme other than this.

My questions are pre-purchase… What content editors are supported by this theme. It seems that you might have a custom content editor. I’m familiar with Wordpress Bakery. Is that supported? Additionally, i know that 6 months support is included. What is the cost to renew support? I like what I see in the theme and am interested but have a few questions.

Content Builder is no longer saving changes. And when you go back to edit, the fields are all empty/blank. There’s also a message at the bottom.

Hi there, I have a pretty stupid question but can’t seem to find the answer. I do NOT want to have my client galleries show up in the main gallery archive page. Now I have found a way to do this (by removing the main gallery image) but then the gallery stops showing up in my client page as well. I have tried everything but can’t find any way to exclude client galleries from main gallery archive page but still have them show up under the individual client. Any fix for this?

I have installed the theme, so the next step is to import the Demo Contents. To do this, I need to register this product(theme) using the purchase code provided when It was bought. Unfortunately, when I try to register the product using the purchase code, it does not apply!

There is not a problem of configuration because when we insert for example a “Gallery Archive Board” in a homepage, galleries are not displayed from the most recent to the oldest ?!
