I am not an web developer or anuthing like that, and It was supposed to be easy to manipulate this theme, but is the most unfriendly for customization theme i’ve ever seen, besides the documentation is way too basic, i hate this theme

I have just installed the Spring theme. When I install the W-9 Spring Add On plugin I get the following errors:

Hello. Put the theme, installed plugins. But when I enable the W9 Spring Add-on plugin, errors appear. When the plugin is disabled, the errors disappear, but the shortcodes do not work. Please help solve the problem.

Hi, after having our website live for almost a year (and consequently, our support plan expiring) the search button functionality and pop-up main menu on a minimized screen have suddenly stopped working despite us not changing anything as these are some of the built-in functionalities that came with the theme. Has anyone else experienced this issue and knows how to solve it?

Your template looks great, and I have some questions before buying it, sorry I come from Joomla and now changing to Wordpress because Woocommerce and plugins, so some questions may seem silly.
Does support multilanguaje? Need to buid 3 language site
Does support all Woocommerce plugins, like Iconic Product configurator, DHL, Credit card payment, etc, to build a full Corporate and shop site?
Can I switch the color of headers, etc, to custom customer color?

Its a long time since woo-commerce 3.0 has arrived but still no sign of Spring theme update. It really feels bad for such a delayed support.

WARNING. This theme is NOT compatible with WooCommerce 3.0. It seems really tricky to upgrade manually. So WooCommerce plugins like WooCommerce membership BREAKS our site. When can you provide update for WooCommerce 3.0?
