hi, I have purchased this theme and trying to work with WP Baker Page Builder but its not working can you please look into.

The WPBakery Page Builder plugin hasn’t updated (I’m stuck on V.6.1) even though I’ve updated the BLU theme to it’s newest Version 1.9. And their support system will not accept my purchase code, maybe it’s because my support has expired but there’s nothing in their Knowledge Base that addresses the issue of plugins not updating.

​Hi, I have problems with contact form 7 on your theme. I am using contact form 7 everywhere and it is working fine, but here there is some problem. Problem is that when someone clicks submit on our job registration form, they cant send it. Message pops up that form can not be sent. Can you please check out what is the problem? Best regards

Hi the website has some errors/conflicts with plugins from the theme. I am no longer able to login on your support area and my 6 months support has expired. Are you planing on update the theme anytime soon? The latest upgrade was in July 2019 and I am wondering if you could get any help fixing the website that is down with lot’s of errors. Thank you!
